Instagram (food) diary

Friends, family, colleagues… almost everyone knows that I am obsessed with food. I snapped lots of pictures with my mobile phone and uploaded them on Instagram. I thought it would be a good idea to show them here with more details and advises! So, let’s have a restaurant/café/food review!

N.B.: Here is my Instagram account! Follow me!

Lunch time!

Bagelstein, 8 rue Saint Lazare, Paris 9ème:

You won’t need to go to New York to find those bagels! Perfect for lunch, at the office, at home, with friends or with colleagues! I ordered the one with salmon and it was really good. There are different menus but don’t take the biggest one or you’ll need a nap for the whole afternoon!

Boco, 3 rue Danielle Casanova, Paris 1er:

No time to have lunch and you hate sandwiches? this place is for you! All dishes are presented in jars and recipes are from the greatest French chefs, like Anne-Sophie Pic, Christophe Michalak or Philippe Conticini for the desserts! A bit expensive but really worth it!

Aki, 11 rue Sainte Anne, Paris 1er:

As far as I know there is not so many places where to find okonomiyaki in Paris. In this little restaurant, you will find delicious okonomiyaki, and many other Japanese dishes. Oh wait, try the fried pumpkin, it’s amazing!

Tea time !

Popelini, 44 rue des Martyrs, Paris 9ème:

More than just cream puffs. Delicate, delicious, and super cute cream puffs. My favorite ones: rose and salted butter caramel!

Colorova, 47 rue de l’Abbé Grégoire, Paris 6ème:

Perfect for tea time. Cakes and biscuits are delicious and beautiful and the place is so cosy. Sunday brunch is famous too, but you’ll have to book early!

Le Café de l’Empire, 17 rue du Bac, Paris 7ème:

My favorite café in my neighbourhood! I stop there after an exhibition at Musée d’Orsay or just without any reason! Tea are from Mariage Frères and prices are the cheapest in the neighbourhood (3,50€) ! Salads are huge and very good too!

La Patisserie des Rêves, 93 rue du Bac, Paris 7ème:

The most delicious cakes in town! They are beautiful and delicious. Not super healthy but I don’t care! My favorite ones are the Saint Honoré (best one in Paris, the one on the right), and fruit tarts. And buying something there is an experience in itself!

Time to have dinner!

L’Arpège, 84 rue de Varenne, Paris 7ème:

This restaurant is more than a very famous and very good restaurant. It’s a dream. The brilliant chef Alain Passard will show you that vegetables are extraordinary. All dishes are equal to perfection. Everything is unreal: wines, the atmosphere, the waiters… until you get the bill ;)

Yuzu, 33 rue de Bellechasse, Paris 7ème:

As a big fan of suhis, makis and everything related to Japanese food, I love this restaurant. The place is cosy, quiet and sashimis melt in your mouth. That’s it, I’m hungry now!

Nanashi, 31 rue de Paradis, Paris 10ème:

Do you like bentos? organic food? fashionable places? Then you’ll love this restaurant. The food is very good (a bit too healthy for me…) and original. Desserts are very nice too. It is a bit overcrowded sometimes, so book before going.

Génial cet article!! Ca fait longtemps que je n’habite plus à Paris donc ça va m’être très utile pour savoir quelle nouvelle adresse tester :-)
